At certain moments in life, many women begin to feel a little off. Energy shifts, emotions feel different, and daily life can become overwhelming when balancing work, home, and everything in between.

Often, this is also connected to the body.

influence how we feel day to day.

I found myself trying to understand why I felt a bit off. Small routines made a real difference, helping me feel calmer, clearer and less stressed.

This space explores simple habits and gentle routines that I discovered over time to support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Where it all started

I’m a 23-year-old woman drawn to the quieter moments of everyday life. A slow morning, a good meal, or a moment of stillness. The small things that often go unnoticed, but shape how a day feels.

My interest in wellbeing comes largely from my parents. My mother, a pharmacist, always approached health with care and curiosity, focusing on natural ways to support the body. That taught me to pay attention to both physical and mental balance.

From my father, I inherited a strong sense of curiosity and a belief that learning never really stops. Books, conversations, and new ideas were always part of everyday life.

The idea behind this blog

Several years ago, I started becoming more curious about the idea of balance. Life felt busy and full of expectations, and it often seemed as if everyone around me already had everything figured out.

At the same time, I was watching my younger sister grow up in the middle of a world shaped by social media. At that age, it is easy to compare, feel behind, or believe that life should already look a certain way.

As I began reading more about wellbeing and lifestyle rhythms, I noticed something else. Many of the ideas online focused on big lifestyle transformations — completely changing routines, habits, or daily schedules. But that often felt unrealistic.

Instead, I became interested in the opposite: small practices that do not require rebuilding your life, but simply add something quieter and steadier to your day.

This interest originated from the book “The little book of ikigai” by Ken Mogi. He describes the 5 pillars that shape the Japanese philosophy “ikigai“. One pillar of ikigai is that true meaning of life is often found not in one grand purpose, but in the small moments that quietly give daily life a sense of meaning.

This website grew out of that idea. It is a place where I explore small rituals, reflections, and ideas that might help us reconnect with a steadier rhythm in a world that often feels rushed and overwhelming.
